Storage & Packaging: Apples are kept in state-of-the-art controlled atmosphere storage using low oxygen to slow ripening. Advanced optical and internal sorting technology ensures any internal breakdown or browning is removed, and fruit is packed into retail-ready bags, boxes, trays, or bulk bins for optimal presentation.
Employee Training: All team members receive rigorous training in hygiene, handling, and safety protocols, creating a culture of accountability and care.
